My latest quarantine craft is an easy one that brings a little fun to my small apartment. After seeing those popular felt letter boards all over the place, I thought it’d be fun to make messages, too. And while I don’t particularly want a boxy board in my small apartment, I love the idea of having of using letters for fun messages.
For this project, I set out to make letters that I can use but don’t take up a bunch of space. After doing some research on how to use various types of letters, I decided using wood letters on my refrigerator would be perfect!

This is a super simple craft project that anybody can do! Also, this is a great project that allows for endless personalization. If the unfinished wood isn’t your style, you can paint the letters to match your space!

How to make the magnets
This DIY is so simple, all you have to do is:
- Cut the magnetic strip into small pieces.
- Peel the backing off and stick the adhesive magnet to the back of your letters. I suggest using two to three pieces on each letter.
