Do you ever get in a crafting rut? I’m not afraid to admit that occasionally I’ll find myself stuck, unsure what to create. When this happens though, I’ll grab one of my trusty craft books and flip the pages until I’m inspired to start a project of my own.
While Pinterest is, of course, another go-to for inspiration, sometimes I just want to open up a book and read the old fashioned way. I love a good coffee table book, too, so my crafting books do double duty as decor! If you’re like me and enjoy having books around, this list is for you.

Not Your Grandma’s Sewing Guide
I recently picked up sewing – well I’m trying. This book is an awesome guide to all of the basics – in a fun book that understands sometimes, you’ll use a few swear words when learning to sew. I’ll be leaning on this book as I work my way from pillows to pants.
