Felt ornaments are a delightful addition to your holiday decor and relaxing to create. Grab your colorful felt fabrics, gold thread, pillow filling, and beads—it’s time to add a touch of handmade charm to your tree.
Materials + Tools:
- Various colors of felt fabric
- Rose gold thread
- Pillow filling
- Beads
- Printed templates from Canva
Step one. Print and Prepare:
Start by printing a variety of festive shapes that are . Think moons, stars, and sparkles—let your creativity shine!
Step two. Gather Your Materials:
Assemble your materials, including the printed shapes, felt fabric, gold thread, pillow filling, and beads. It’s time to bring your vision to life.

Step three. Cut Shapes:
Carefully cut out the shapes from your felt fabric.

Step four. Decorate:
Add a festive touch by embellishing your felt ornaments with beads. Let your creativity flow as you customize each ornament with unique decorations.

I tried a few styles for my ornaments, there are so many different patterns you can do!
+ I also made a tassel from the gold thread to attach to a star.
